The Triangle, and why it matters for bat work
The Research Triangle takes its name from the three universities at its corners: NC State in Raleigh, Duke in Durham, and UNC in Chapel Hill. Around them sit some of the fastest-growing towns in the state, so the houses we inspect run from 19th-century Victorians near downtown Raleigh to subdivisions finished in the last few years in Holly Springs, Apex, and Clayton.
That spread matters. An older house tends to have many small gaps from aging trim and decades of additions. A newer house usually has one or two construction gaps, often at a soffit return, a dormer, or a vent. Each town page below talks about what we see in that particular place.
Counties we work in
- Wake County: Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Garner, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Fuquay-Varina, Morrisville, and Knightdale
- Durham County: Durham
- Orange County: Chapel Hill
- Johnston County: Clayton
Several of these towns cross county lines. Cary and Apex reach into Chatham County, Wake Forest into Franklin County, Clayton into Wake County, and Chapel Hill into Durham County. If your address is near a line, we still cover it.
Every town is served by the same crew, with the same bat removal and exclusion process. For a bat inside your home right now, see emergency bat removal.
- You'll talk with Joe Zets or his crew, not a call center
- Exclusion work backed by a warranty
- Homes, churches, campuses, and commercial buildings
- Emergency help when a bat is inside
