What happens after you send the form

1. We call you back to ask where you’ve seen or heard bats, and when.
2. We set a time to inspect the building, inside and out.
3. You get an explanation of what we found and a quote for the exclusion, repairs, and any cleanup.

There’s no obligation, and we won’t pressure you. If it turns out you’re hearing squirrels or birds instead, we’ll tell you that too.
